Please be sure to print, complete and scan (see email link below) your consent form prior to your first appointment. To book one or more counseling sessions or your initial phone consultation, please send a message through the Contact Form below with your desired date/s & time/s.
Each therapy session is 1 hour. Each Clinical Supervision meeting is 1 hour. I am available for weekly, bi-weekly and double sessions.
INSURANCES ACCEPTED
Preferred Provider (Island County) for: Premera Blue Cross, Group Health PPO, First Choice Health, LifeWise, Regence
Accept: PacMed, ValueOptions, and other Out of Network Plans
Private Pay available (no insurance or diagnosis needed)
A Super Bill will be provided monthly. Client or responsible party will pay in full (both private pay and insurance pay clients). For those using insurance, when you receive your 'Paid in Full Invoice' from ECS you will submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
